LocalRank AI is a subscription-based SaaS platform. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with our service. That’s why we’ve created a simple and transparent refund policy — no confusion, no fine print.
If you subscribe to any paid plan (Basic, Pro, or Agency) and are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, you can request a full refund — no questions asked. Simply contact us via email or WhatsApp to initiate the refund.
You are eligible for a refund if:
•You are subscribing for the first time (renewals are not eligible
• You submit your request within 7 days of purchase
•Your account has not been flagged for misuse or fraudulent activity
• Note: The Free plan is not applicable for refunds as it costs nothing
A refund will not be issued if:
• More than 7 days have passed since your subscription date.
• You are requesting a refund on a renewal or second subscription.
• Your account has violated our Terms of Service .
• The request appears to be clearly fraudulent.

We will process your request within 2–3 business days.
Once your request is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days — whether you paid via UPI, debit card, or credit card.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it automatically reverts to the Free plan. To cancel, go to Dashboard > Settings > Billing.
If you wish to switch to a lower plan, you can downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. The remaining balance will not be refunded — however, you may continue using the higher plan until the period ends.
If a technical problem on our platform prevents you from using the service, we are open to processing a refund or issuing account credit on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately and describe the issue in detail.
